My educational path started off with an AA in Legal Administration, followed by a Bachelor's in Business Administration, and concluded with an Executive MBA with a concentration in Data Analytics from Saint Mary’s College of California. I am also a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through WorldatWork. My passion for learning continues to drive me towards new goals and certifications.
My extensive HR experience spans companies of all sizes—from startups to organizations with 20,000+ employees—across multiple states and various industries, including health, technology, utilities, healthcare (hospital), medical devices, manufacturing, senior living, and telecommunications.
